The Swedish property company Kungsleden has acquired the property Dockan 9 in Växjö. The purchase price amounts to SEK 124 million and the yield based on the purchase price is calculated at 8.0%.
The property consists of 14,600 m² of lettable area, primarily offices and school premises, with a rental value of SEK 15.8 million. Kungsleden will take possession of the property on 1 December, 2005.
