Remigiusz Królikowski has been appointed Head of Property Management at Quinlan Private Golub in Poland, the company has announced.
As Head of Property Management, Mr. Królikowski is responsible for property management team which currently operates for a number of properties including Winiowy Business Park buildings C, D, E and F and International Business Center phase I and phase II, Forum Gliwice. On top of this, he is also a board member of many of the new projects being implemented by the company.
Remigiusz Królikowski has been working at Quinlan Private Golub (and previously GE Capital Golub) since 2003. Previously Krolikowski worked with AIG Lincoln Polska, Geem Development and Mennica Invest.
Quinlan Private Golub is a leading real estate group and acts as a principal and advisor, in originating, structuring, financing, developing and managing a diversified portfolio of assets. The company is a joint-venture between Quinlan Private, an Irish independent private client advisory group, and Golub & Company, an international real estate developer and investment company based out of Chicago.
