KPMG has rented 30,000 m² of the Airrail Center Frankfurt at Frankfurt Airport. Airrail Center Frankfurt has a project volume of around €660 million. With a total of 140,000 m² of hotel, office and retail space, the Airrail Center is one of the largest commercial real estate projects in Europe.
Airrail Center Frankfurt is a development of IVG Immobilien AG, Bonn, and Fraport AG, Frankfurt. After gaining Hilton as the operator of two hotels covering a total of 34,000 m² and, most recently, a specialist medical centre covering 3,600 m², the conclusion of the tenancy agreement with KPMG means that 50 percent of the project as a whole has now been let prior to the start of construction.

As an internationally active consulting company, KPMG will benefit in particular from the unique advantages offered by the location of the property", commented Andreas Barth, member of the Board of Directors of IVG Immobilien AG with responsibility for Project Development.
The Airrail Center offers an excellent accessibility for its tenants by its connection to Frankfurt Airport and the long-distance railway station.
