Knight Frank wins SEB Investment GmbH property management contract (PL)

Knight Frank Poland has been awarded a property management contract by SEB Investment GmbH for its entire property portfolio in Poland.

The fund invited all leading real estate firms to participate in the tender when it was announced in June 2010. The portfolio includes seven properties totaling 100,000 m² of office space located in Warsaw, Gdansk and Lodz. The instruction incorporates full property management services including project management activities.

"We are very pleased with the results of two major property management tenders organized in Poland this year, namely by DEKA Immobilien GmbH and SEB Investment GmbH. Having recently won the property management mandate for the property portfolio of DEKA in Poland we have also been awarded a major instruction to manage the entire property portfolio for SEB Investment GmbH. We offer property and asset management services of the highest caliber, constantly looking for ways to enhance them," commented Bartlomiej Lepkowski, Partner, Head of Property Management of Knight Frank Poland.

Currently Knight Frank has over 900,000 m² of modern commercial space under management in Poland, primarily comprising offices and mixed-use properties, the largest property portfolio in the country.
