Knight Frank Spain, a leading private property consultancy, has recruited Humphrey White as Director of International Investment. Humphrey will advise Spanish companies on the purchase and sale of commercial investment property abroad, operating in the largest European and USA markets.
The aim of this International Investment business line is to meet the needs of Spanish companies that wish to enter in foreign markets and to analyse the specific requirements of each company, thereby guaranteeing the best investment opportunities for each client. Humphrey will be backed by our international network and our local real estate experts so that he can offer the investor an in-depth knowledge of each city. The business line will also include an investment specialist for each of the different target countries.
In Humphrey's words: "We are at a moment where Spanish companies are looking abroad to diversify their assets whilst taking advantage of the high returns, long-term guaranteed contracts and Grade A supply".
Educated in London and with Hispanic Arts and Literature studies from the University of Salamanca, Humphrey has over the last 4 years been a partner of and senior consultant with the firm of consultants, Exa Real Estate. When the consultancy, Insignia, was launching in Spain in 2002, Humphrey, who was also handling big accounts at the time, helped them to set up their Agency Department. He started his career in the property world with Knight Frank, Spain in 1998 when he joined the company's Agency Department as a Junior Consultant.
