Knight Frank sells the Imopro portfolio (BE)

Knight Frank has sold the Imopro portfolio to Louise 130 sarl (Charles Mc Gregor).

The portfolio consists of four properties all located in the area of Charleroi; two retail properties located in Gosselies, rue Robesse 37 and let to Grando and in Marcinelle, rue Marius Meurée 237 let to API and two residential properties in Montignies-sur-Sambre and Marcinelle. The portfolio represents 11 units for yearly rental revenue of €160,000. The transaction was closed on a yield basis of 12%.
