King Sturge brings largest tenant to Tulipan Park, Lodz (PL)

Pol-Fret Sp. z o.o. has leased over 15,000 m² of warehouse and office space at Tulipan Park Lodz in Poland. King Sturge represented SEGRO, the developer of the logistics park.

Tulipan Park in Lodz is a modern logistics park offering 29,000 m² of warehouse space and 1,800 m² of office space. Located near the city center and close to national road 713, the scheme covers 6.7 ha.

Anna Ùaskarzewska of SEGRO Poland said: "Pol-Fret is the first and biggest tenant in Tulipan Park Lodz. This is a significant move since the lease has been signed for a long term and before the building is ready for use. The big box warehouse is the first phase of the scheme; we are also planning the construction of a smaller complex with a total area of 3,000 m² for smaller business units and construction of the second stage of the scheme."

According to Pol-Fret's Emmanuel Piskozub: "Operating from Tulipan Park will provide our clients with the highest level of service. Pol-Fret specializes in logistic services in the FMCG, textile and chemical sectors. The company has been operating on the polish market for 11 years."

The space leased by Pol-Fret in Tulipan Park meets international standards and is perfectly adjusted to the specific requirements of the tenant, which has chosen this location as its headquarters in Poland. Other tenants include SERCOM Solution Limited, Jas-FBG and Rohlig Poland.

"The main reasons for choosing this building were its location (136km from Warsaw, 203km from Poznan) especially its proximity to national roads, its completion date and the fact the space could be tailored to the tenant's requirements" said Marzena Pobojewska, Associate Director at King Sturge.
