King Sturge bolsters European network with three new appointments in Prague (CZ)

King Sturge has made three senior appointments in the Czech Republic.

Markéta Hodaňová has become Head of Asset & Property Management at King Sturge Prague. Markéta is responsible for staff management and expansion of the department in terms of its client portfolio.

Markéta graduated from the Czech University of Economics in Prague and has ten years' experience in the Czech property market. Prior to joining King Sturge she worked for TK Development, Carrefour and Cenor Group on different commercial properties, managing a portfolio of shopping centers and retail schemes of 200,000 m² with more than 300 tenants. She served clients including Meinl Group, Aerium, Catinvest, Tesco and Carrefour.

Stuart Jordan has been named as new Head of Valuation at the King Sturge Prague office. Stuart will focus on delivering valuation and advisory services to existing and new clients across the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Stuart graduated from Nottingham Trent University in the UK, is an accredited member of the RICS and has got five years' experience in the real estate market in the Czech Republic and CEE. Previously, Stuart worked as Head of Valuation at Cushman & Wakefield and as Asset Manager of the Endurance Fund´s commercial portfolio.

Michaela Mácová has been appointed as Business Development Coordinator, a new role within the King Sturge Prague office. She will be responsible for the coordination of client services across Central Europe and will be in regular contact with the King Sturge European network.

Michaela graduated from the Charles University in Prague. In 2006 – 2007 she worked as a Project Manager at Tempo Training & Consulting. In the last three years she has worked for Sodexo as Senior Business Development Coordinator and later on as Client Relations Executive.
