Kielo expands its Finnish office portfolio

The real estate company Kielo, managed by Brunswick Real Estate, has acquired three office properties in the Finnish city of Espoo in two separate real estate transactions.

Built in 2012 and 2002, Quartetto Intermezzo and Piispankalliontie 13 are located in Leppavaara and Matinkyla and comprise approx. 11,000m² of modern office space. The vendor is OP Life Assurance Company.

Säterinkatu 6 was acquired on December 19 from a fund managed by Savills IM. Built in 2001, the property is located in Leppavaara and is directly connected to Quartetto Intermezzo via a bridge. The property comprises approx. 6,300m² of modern office space.

Hanna Rauhala, Fund Manager at Brunswick Real Estate, says: “We are happy to announce two new acquisitions in the HMA. The three properties included in the acquisitions are great additions to Kielo’s growing portfolio. We view Leppävaara and Matinkyla as attractive sub-markets and see opportunities to further develop and improve the markets’ local office supply in line with Kielo’s asset management strategy.
