KFN and KPMG reached agreement about the purchase of a new 22,044-m² office complex to be realized along the highway A16 at office site Brainpark III in Rotterdam.
The project consists of two linked buildings with a total office space of 22,044 m². Architect Marcel van Schalk is responsible for the design, Slavenburg for the realization of the complex.
One of the two buildings (13,784 m²) is already rented for a period of 12 years by KPMG and KPMG Meijburg & Co. KFN and KPMG will set up a co-operation to find a tenant for the other building (8,260 m²).
