Keops and a circle of investors have together concluded agreement on sale of six shopping centres in Sweden. The sale of the properties is made to the Swedish investment company, Boultbee Sverige AB, which will acquire the properties in three weeks.
The transaction comprises six shopping centres located in the Swedish cities Karlskoga, Norrköping, Linköping, Mjölby and Löddeköpinge. The centres comprise a total of approx. 85,000 m2.
Of these, Keops Group alone sells two shopping centres at approx. SEK 190 million i.a. the centre in Mjölby, which is part of the Group's Borgs portfolio. The sale is made on the basis of Keops Group's desire to optimise the total Swedish property portfolio which primarily consists of residential and office properties.
The other properties have been sold by private wealthy investors to whom Keops mediated the properties in 2004 and 2005.
