Kenmore sells Maxwell House in Milton Keynes (UK)

Kenmore has sold Maxwell House, Bletchley, Milton Keynes for £6.25 million (c. €8.6m) to Volume Developments Limited. The property was sold on behalf of Kenmore Capital, a joint venture between Kenmore and HBOS.

Located on Third Avenue, Denbigh West, Bletchley, the 16,215-m² 1960's developed property comprises an industrial unit with ancillary offices and yard areas. Current tenants include Oyezstraker Office Supplies Ltd and Marshalls Amplifications plc.

Makins Moore acted on behalf of Kenmore.

Commenting on the sale, Paul Jarvis, Associate Director, Kenmore Property Group, said, "During the last 18 months we have worked to increase the occupancy of the asset from 33% to 92%. Having used our skills to improve the income of the asset we felt that now was the opportune moment to realize value on behalf of the joint venture."
