Businessbank Kempen & Co have reportedly sold the monumental former head office on the Herengracht 176-182 in Amsterdam for the amount of â⬠10.2 mln. The demand price was â⬠13.6 mln. The building has a surface of 4,257 mò. It is rented to a public authority. The buyer is said to be an Israeli private investor.
DTZ Zadelhoff Amsterdam was involved in the deal. The former owner of the building refrains from comment. Kempen & Co have moved into the WTC Amsterdam.
