Dutch real estate analysts at kempen & Co. expect the recovery of the European real estate market will not take place before 2006.
In the opinion of the analysts 2003 and 2004 will not lead to a substantial decrease in the vacancy-rate in the primary European cities. The team also expects a split between low quality and high quality real estate. Only this last category will witness a rise in value according to Kempen & Co.
