The construction works for the Serdika Center in Sofia have reached an important milestone: the excavation works have been completed and a general contractor for the remaining works has been appointed. The Turkish construction company Kayi will build the Serdika Center, which is going to open in the beginning of 2010.
"I'm glad that we managed to attract Kayi for the construction of the Serdika Center", said Plamen Iltchev, General Manager of ECE Bulgaria. "We are cooperating with the company already on other projects, for example in Lithuania, and we know Kayi as a reliable partner."
