On behalf of Karen Millen, Healey & Baker has taken a ten-year lease of €115,000 per annum on a flaghip store in Leidsestraat 13 in Amsterdam. The store offers a ground floor sales area of 115 sq m and is expected to open in March.
Karen Millen is one of the most recognised and successful design led fashion retailers in Europe and has 70 stores in the UK and a further 10 internationally in countries such as France, Spain, Monaco, Dubai, Iceland, Singapore and Hong Kong.
Acting on behalf of Diesel, Healey & Baker has taken a ten-year lease on a flagship store in Heiligeweg 11-17 in Amsterdam. The store offers a ground floor sales area of 145 sq m, a first floor sales area of 145 sq m and a second floor sales area of 145 sq m and will be expected to open at the end of the summer.
Diesel is an innovative international design company, specialising in jeans and casual clothing as well as accessories. The company is present in over 80 countries with 10,000 points of sale and over 130 single-brand stores, 65 of which are company owned.
