KanAm Grund Group has purchased the ABC-West office building in Frankfurt for the institutional Fokus Suddeutschland Fund. The property, which is let to nine tenants, comprises around 13,300m² of office and storage space and 275 underground car parking spaces is located on Solmsstrasse 71-75 in the City West sector of Frankfurt. The tenants include Alliance Healthcare Deutschland AG, accounting and auditing company FALK GmbH & Co. KG, Deutsche Bahn AG and Consense GmbH, a consultancy for complete business IT and telecommunication infrastructure. The scheme benefits from close proximity to restaurants, supermarkets and other convenience facilities and enjoys easy access by the public and private transport. The property’s sustainability is to be optimized in line with its potential over the coming years. The purchase price was not disclosed.
