The 17,000m² property is located in St Andrew Square and comprises office space, restaurants and a retail outlet. Only 200 meters from Waverley train station, with direct tram connections to the airport, the scheme benefits from the close proximity of James´ shopping centre, which is due to open next year, offering shops, restaurants, a luxury hotel and apartments on 160,000m².
Completed in 2016, the building holds BREEAM certificate and is currently fully leased, serving as the Scottish headquarters for Standard Life Aberdeen.
