KanAm fund buys L'Albero office building in France

The KanAm Grund Group, acting for an institutional fund, has bought the L'Albero office building, located in the centre of Guyancourt, France. With a total usable area of around 10,800m², the asset is fully let to AKKA Technologies. The purchase price was not disclosed.

The L'Albero was completed in 1978 and was most recently fully refurbished by the KEYS Group assisted by B&C France during 2017/2018. The building, located on a prominent corner plot, marked by a highly recognizable architectural design, is located near the train station, with suburban transport connections into the surrounding area and the RER C commuter railway to Paris. Journey time to central Paris is around 30 minutes. Renowned companies such as Renault, Mercedes Benz, BMW, Nissan, Cap Gemini and Honeywell, to name but a few, are located within close proximity of the property.
