KanAm grundinvest Fonds will soon be presenting their first German investment, directly adjacent to the famous Alte Oper in Frankfurt am Main. The previously internationally-focused, open-ended real estate fund held by Frankfurt's KanAm Grund Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH has contractually committed itself to buy this high caliber European trophy real estate asset.

KanAm and the seller, a joint venture between Tishman Speyer and UBS Real Estate Finance, agreed not to publish the purchase price.

From early on in the construction phase, OpernTurm was considered to be the "best officeon the block". It has earned this rating due to its unique location alone, which lies at a point of intersection between the most favored office localities, the "Banking District" and "Westend". The high-rise on Rothschildpark protrudes into the Frankfurt skyline at a height of 168 meters. OpernTurm has 42 floors and a total of over 67,000 m
