After Trendist Ataşehir, the joint venture between K Yapı and Solid İnşaat is planning a new mixed-use project in Göztepe. The project, which will be called Göztepe Park, will include residential and office space and a hotel. The total investment volume amounts to 500 million TL (approx. €179 mln).
K Yapı and Solid İnşaat, which first created a partnership for the construction of Trendist Ataşehir project, are now joining forces for the development of a new mixed-use project in Göztepe, on Istanbul’s Asian side.
The project, called Göztepe Park, will cover a surface of 50,000 m² and will include residential, office and hotel space.
K Yapı and Solid İnşaat are planning to start construction of the 500 million TL project in Q3 2014.
