Commenting on the win, Richard Booth, associate director in Jones Lang LaSalle's P&DS team said, "The overall design concept for Winthrop Hall was to create a building that sat comfortably within its site and connected to its surrounding landscape. The building is designed to maximise the use of natural light and ventilation, so reducing energy consumption."

The Building Better Healthcare Awards celebrate and reward the very best in healthcare building projects, product design and estates and facilities management. Jones Lang LaSalle's P&DS team acted as Employer's Agent and Cost Managers for the project.
