Jones Lang LaSalle has announced it is to expand in the Nordic region by opening a new office in Helsinki, Finland and join forces with an experienced local team, who have to date been operating under the GVA Finland brand name.

The Finnish real estate market is becoming increasingly attractive, and Jones Lang LaSalle forecasts that investment activities will remain strong. Last year, transaction levels increased in all Nordic markets, and Finland was no exception. The outlook is positive, with domestic and international investors alike looking for investment opportunities in the Region. Both the Finnish and Swedish real estate markets are characterised by high levels of transparency and liquidity, as well as attractive growth prospects.
