Jones Lang LaSalle launches sustainability services in Russia (RU)

Currently in Copenhagen under the UN hospic, more than 98 world leaders are gathering to define the future of our planet and to agree on the next acceptable level of sustainable growth. Jones Lang LaSalle is in full support of this global effort and is launching a new business initiative in Russia focusing on current and future environmental improvements in the real estate market.

This is delivered via a more efficient utilization of real estate resources, existing or new, with local developers, occupiers and investors. The approach focuses on the maximization of property portfolios for both Russian and multi-national companies.

Energy and sustainability services have been a cornerstone in Jones Lang LaSalle global strategies for the past three years. Recognizing that this is also becoming an issue in Russia, the company has already allocated internal dedicated resources, lead by one of its experts, Charles Cresser, Associate Director with Corporate Solution Department. He is developing Jones Lang LaSalle Russia and CIS sustainability program aiming at achieving truly sustainable buildings and maximizing the bottom line profitability of Real Estate portfolio's.
