Jones Lang LaSalle launches new service line in Poland (PL)

As a result of the increasing activity in the real estate market across Poland and the huge demand from developers in all sectors for development sites, Jones Lang LaSalle has established a new service line of Site Acquisition in order that we can assist our clients throughout the whole real estate process from, the acquisition of land, project management of the development, leasing of the project and ultimately the disposal of the income producing asset.

To head this new service line, Anna W³odarczyk-G¹siorowska has been appointed as Land Acquisition Manager. Anna's principal role will be to identify sites suitable for development and to assist clients with the due diligence and purchase of these sites.

Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Anna worked for Stoen SA and Polkomtel where she was responsible for drawing up a conception of operation including realization of building investments and investments connected with real estate purchasing and also supervising the department responsible for purchasing real estates for building telecommunication facilities, respectively.

Ben Bannatyne, Regional Director Central Europe, commenting on launching a new service line said: "The key for any successful developer is to find well located sites at a sensible price and to ensure that the sites can be developed for their required purpose within a reasonable timeframe. We hope that by establishing this service, we will be able to identify interesting opportunities for our clients and be able to assist them throughout the whole development process".
