Jones Lang LaSalle bolsters London Building Surveying team (UK)

Jones Lang LaSalle has expanded its London-based Building Surveying team with the addition of nine new members.

David Newton joins as a director from BNP Paribas Real Estate. In his new role at Jones Lang LaSalle Newton will run one of the firm's building surveying teams based in London's West End.

Managing a team of seven, Newton will focus on a wealth of due diligence and dilapidations expertise, seeking to assist in providing integrated advice and action across Jones Lang LaSalle's Project and Development Services offering.

"David's appointment brings with it a wealth of expertise further enhancing our commitment to serving clients with high quality advice, continuing to deliver practical value-driven solutions," said Helen Gough, National Head of Building Surveying at Jones Lang LaSalle.

Jones Lang LaSalle's London Building Surveying team has gained eight new members further strengthening Jones Lang LaSalle's building surveying service offering. Colin Hughes, Chris Osborne and Tim Reeves all join as senior building surveyors, Kieran Frain and Bruce Gawen as building surveyors and Chris Hay and Josh Dye join as graduates to the team. Further to these new West End appointments, Rebecca Spinks also joins Jones Lang LaSalle's Stockley Park team as a building surveyor.
