Jones Lang LaSalle begins collaboration with AXA Real Estate (SK)

The property management team at Jones Lang LaSalle Slovakia has been entrusted with the administration of the Daylight portfolio managed by AXA Real Estateon behalf of its clients.

The Daylight portfolio, Slovakia, comprises four commercial real estate assets with a gross leasable area of approximately 85,000 m². It includes three logistics parks located in Trnava (Trnava Logistics Park), Nitra (Nitra Park) and Dubnica nad Váhom (Dubnica Park) as well as the office building Westend Tower in Bratislava.

The property management team has been on the Slovak market since 2008. As of today, it administers a net rentable area of 165,000 m² with the total capital value exceeding €140 million.
