О1Properties Investment company has signed a long-term leasing agreement for office space in its business complex Olympia Park with Kaspersky Lab - one of the world leaders of software security market. Jones Lang LaSalle acted as the consultant of the largest deal of the year. According to the agreement Kaspersky Lab rents 29,847 m² almost 65% of the total leasable area of BC Olympia Park.
A class A business complex located on Leningradskoye Shosse, 39 is a unique high-tech area that revises the existing standards of business and working space organization. It effectively combines office premises, an Olympic-standard sports centre and the picturesque park near the Khimkinskoe Reservoir. The buildings meet all the environmental requirements and are now undergoing BREEAM certification. The total area of the complex is 5.8 ha.
