Johan Bergman will strengthen the management team of Niam and take the position as the CEO later this year. Bergman will thereby be responsible for the largest real estate private equity company in Northern Europe, including e.g. Niam Fund III. Niam Fund III is one of the largest property funds in Northern Europe with an investment capacity of approximately €2 billion.
Before joining Niam, Johan Bergman was responsible for the real estate organization at Skanska as well as their construction business in Russia and Poland.
