JM sells seven properties in Vaxholm (SE)

In a deal with Vaxholm Town and two tenant-owner co-operatives JM has sold seven residential properties in Vaxholm for a total of SEK 200 million. The capital gain amounts to SEK 23 million, which will be reported in the first quarter of 2005.
