JM appoints new CEO for its Finland subsidiary (FI/SE)

As a key component of its focus on the Finnish market, JM has appointed Marko Heino to be CEO of the subsidiary JM Suomi Oy in Finland. Heino comes most recently from SRV Westerlund where he has been CEO for the past two years. Previously he was active in various management positions at YIT. He will take over his duties as CEO of JM Suomi Oy by late December 2006 or early January 2007.

"It feels great that we now have a CEO in Finland," says Johan Skoglund, CEO of JM. "Marko Heino has the right background and experience as a leader. He will play an important role in our continued efforts to retain and strengthen JM's position as the leading residential developer in the Nordic market. His personal characteristics are also a perfect fit with JM's core values," says Skoglund.

"I look forward to the challenge of participating and building up JM's operations in Finland from the start," says Marko Heino. Especially since there is room for more customer focused residential developers in Finland."

JM Suomi Oy was founded in 2006 and is part of the JM Group. The Finland operation concentrates on the capital region and targets development of new housing in attractive residential areas.
