JM has acquired Glasbruket 17 - a property in Limhamn, Malmö. Here, on the former industrial site JM plans to develop 150-170 new apartments. The area is situated on the harbour, close to Limhamn.
The city planning committee of Malmö has approved of the detailed plan for the area. The start of the development is planned to take place during 2008.
