Jones Lang LaSalle has won the exclusive mandate from developer Projektentwicklung GmbH Düsseldorf to market its most recent development project, the Kö-Bogen, a 39,500 m² mixed use scheme in Dusseldorf.
The city center development comprises nearly 20,000 m² of prime office space and an additional 19,500 m² of retail and restaurant space, on which the firm's retail subsidiary Kemper's Jones Lang LaSalle will act as exclusive leasing agent.
The Kö-Bogen will comprise of two commercial and retail buildings and the expected completion date is in 2013.
Marcel Abel, Managing Director of Jones Lang LaSalle, Düsseldorf said: "This latest Libeskind creation will redefine the transitional space between the Königsallee and the Hofgarten. The Kö-Bogen is a project of the century for Düsseldorf."
