JLL named Consultant of the Year at CRE Awards

At the annual Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Awards ceremony held in Moscow on April 27th, JLL has been voted ‘Consultant of the Year 2017’. This is the 12-consecutive time and the 13th time over the CRE Awards’ 14-year history that JLL has received a ‘Golden Brick’ in the ‘Consultant of the Year’ nomination. At the XIV CRE Awards ceremony, JLL also won the award in the ‘Leasing Deal of the Year – Retail Real Estate’ nomination for the largest high-street retail deal – Nike Moscow flagship store on Kuznetsky Most which represents the brand’s first store in Europe in a new flagship concept.

 

Moreover, the Oceania shopping and entertainment centre has also received ‘Golden Brick’ in the ‘Large Retail Centre’ nomination (developer – TPS Real Estate, leasing agent – JLL).
