JLL makes predictions for key European markets (EUR)

Jones Lang LaSalle's business leaders outlined expectations for the UK, Germany and Russia at its MIPIM 'Key Market predictions for Europe' press conference, held on 12 March 2008. Jones Lang LaSalle forecasts UK investment turnover to be down 30-40% in 2008, and sees real opportunity in the UK market. Germany is predicted to have the strongest rental growth in Western Europe in 2008 and Russia will maintain dynamic growth underpinned by a lot more than just oil prices.

Nigel Roberts, Chairman of EMEA Research at Jones Lang LaSalle opened the conference by taking a look at the highs and lows of Europe's real estate markets over the past year.
