Advised by Investment team JLL Slovakia, three owners – Aviva Investors, J&T Real Estate, SachsenFonds Asset Management have sold the DNV Logistics Park to a Dutch-based real estate developer CTP. The value of the transaction remains confidential.
The DNV Logistics Park, now rebranded as CTPark Bratislava is located in Greater Bratislava in close vicinity of Volkswagen's production plant and serves mainly its first tier subcontractors. The park is a prime investment product containing over 87,000 m² of warehouse, light production and office space. The CTPark Bratislava is currently leased to several tenants including Schnellecke, MC Syncro, Magna, Duvenbeck and others.
