Jones Lang LaSalle has been chosen as the exclusive leasing agent for the new office and shopping center Voentorg in the very center of Moscow. The developer of the project, AST Group, was ranked by Forbes in October 2006, as one of the top 200 largest private companies in Russia.
The project is located at Vozdvizhenka Street, 10, in Moscow. The project has unique technical specifications with leading architects developing the interiors. Jones Lang LaSalle also participated in concept development.
The total area of the project is 70,700 m², and comprises eight aboveground floors (with a total area of 40,600 m²) and with a further five underground floors (with a total area of 30,100 m²). Four of the underground floors will have parking space for 540 cars; this means the project will have the best parking ratio within the Garden Ring. The total area of office space is 22,000 m² and total retail space is around 4,000 m². The opening is planned to for June 2007.
