Jens Engwall has decided today, on his own initiative, to resign from JM's Board. Jens Engwall was elected to JM's Board at the Annual General Meeting held on 28 April 2005.
Jens Engwall comments: "I can see that there is a risk of a conflict of interest between my work as President and member of the board of the property company Kungsleden AB and JM's operations. I have therefore decided to resign from the Board of JM."
