Jan Rosengren assumes new position at Newsec (SE)

In March, Jan Rosengren will assume a new position at Newsec as investment advisor. Newsec is northern Europe's only full-service company within the property sector with operations in seven countries and about 550 employees.

"We are very pleased to have employed Jan Rosengren, who is one of the property market's most experienced and reputable persons. Jan will further strengthen out offering within strategic advisory services," comments Newsec's Head of Advice, Marie Bucht.

Newsec endeavours to continuously move forward the positions of all of the company's business areas: Advice, Asset Management and Transactions. As a feature of this, the company has recently employed Charlotte Danielsson (formerly Stena Fastigheter), Johnny Mattebo (CBRE), Patrik Idvall (Swedbank) and Anders Wibréus (Deloitte) in its Swedish advisory operations.
