Jack Bakker new CEO of Uni-Invest (NL)

Jack Bakker (47) will follow up Richard Stolle as CEO of the private fund Uni-Invest (owned by Lehman Brothers) per January 1, 2004. Stolle (40) has decided to pursue a new challenge after working at Uni-Invest for 12 years.

It is said that Stolle will again join hands with Richard Homburg, who was CEO of the then listed Uni-Invest until 2002 and is now very active with own investment and development initiatives in particularly Canada and the US.

Jack Bakker has been active in real estate for many years, mostly as private real estate investor and from 2001 to 2002 also as a participant of the (no longer active) real estate internet site M2Match. Bakker has also worked for the Boston Consulting Group. Bakker has started on the job immediately and will be supported by Stolle until the end of the year. Mrs. A.S. van Oosterom will remain part of the statutory management of Uni-Invest.
