Jaap C. Gillis, MBA. MRICS, Multi Vastgoed Chairman of the Board, has joined the “Gold European Council†of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
The ULI was founded in the United States in 1936 in order to put a halt to the increasing expansion of suburbs and the accompanying decay of the inner cities. The ULI has since attempted to bring together people from all over the world that have influence on the use of land and on urban development. The ULI study trends in real estate development and is one of the most influential organizations worldwide in the area of regional and urban development.
