IVG Asset Management leases 22.000 m² of office space near Munich to Bosch (DE)

The Munich Asset Management team of IVG Immobilien AG has announced the conclusion of a large-scale lease at its site in Grasbrunn-Neukeferloh near Munich: at 1 April 2010, the global head office of Bosch Sicherheitssysteme GmbH will move into around 22,000 m² of office and warehouse space (including 380 parking spaces) at the established technology park, taking over directly from the previous tenant, Infineon Technologies.

Extension work on the space will begin in November 2009. The lease has a term of 10 years.

With its relocation to Grasbrunn-Neukeferloh, outside Munich, Bosch Sicherheitssysteme will be joining a large number of internationally renowned high-tech companies in the IT and communications sectors that have been present at this site for several years. The technology park offers a modern, high-performance technical infrastructure as well as a direct link to the surrounding motorways (A8, A9, A94), a commuter train station and an extensive range of retail, hotel and catering outlets.

IVG owns two buildings at the technology park with total rental space of around 35,000 m². The conclusion of the lease with Bosch means that these buildings are fully let.
