Ivanhoe completes final phase of warehouse expansion in Fos-sur-Mer (DE)

Ivanhoe Cambridge has completed the final phase of the expansion of its logistics warehouse in Fos-sur-Mer, near Marseille. With the 24,000m² expansion, the total area of the building increases to 92,000m². It is part of the 384,000m² pan-European Hub & Flow logistics portfolio.

The property in Fos-sur-Mer is located in a strategically important, underserved region in the “European backbone” of international trade: in the heart of the industrial port of Marseille, the second largest port in France, the logistics property offers access to a large and high-quality employment pool enables the companies based there to reach around twelve million consumers directly.

This project strengthens our position as a leading player in the French logistics market and reinforces our diversification strategy in this sector,” said Martin Chevallier, Senior Director of Asset Management, France, at Ivanhoe Cambridge.
