Immobilien Invest AG goes to the stock exchange of Vienna. In order to increase its capital in an initial public offering up to one million shares can be bought at EUR 11.00 per share. Capital should increase by EUR 10 mln to EUR 30 mln.
Registration ends on November 25, 2002 and the first listing will be on November 28, 2002. The additional funds will be used to acquire further properties.
The portfolio of Immobilien Invest mainly consists of properties in inner cities with development potential. Presently the portfolio comprises 25 buildings with a total value of EUR 68,7 mln and a total floor space of about 63.000 m².
Fund owners are renowned Austrian institutional and private investors.
