The Austrian bank InvestKredit has agreed to grant the WP Investment group a â¬5.85 mln loan for the construction of a 15,000 m² retail center which will be located 5 km from the center of Kraków (southern Poland).
The development currently has approximately 40 pct of its space pre-leased, and anchor tenants include Media Markt.
The center is forecast to open during the first quarter 2006.
