Invesco Real Estate expands operations in Luxembourg (LU)

Invesco Real Estate (IRE), the global real estate investment manager, is pleased to announce that it has made seven new appointments in its Luxembourg office, which coincides with a move to new, bigger premises in Avenue JF Kennedy.

"The growth of our team in Luxembourg to 11 staff is part of our objective to enhance the operational support provided to our established and recently launched Luxembourg-domiciled funds and subsidiary companies.

"The aim is to provide greater operational efficiency and improved client service, which will ultimately enhance how IRE's funds and investments operate, through potential cost savings and direct 'hands on' management," comments Fabrice Coste, General Manager, Luxembourg Office.

Joanna Wisniewska and Wioletta Klopocka have joined as Senior Real Estate Financial Controllers responsible for the fund accounting of the IRE's Luxembourg-domiciled funds; Maxim Lobes has joined as a Senior Accountant, responsible for the maintenance and quarterly preparation of statutory and consolidated accounts; Patryk Tyszka and Athénaïs Bertin have joined as Accountants, supporting the senior accountant; and Nadja Zimmer and Grant Broadway have joined as Corporate Secretaries, providing legal and administrative support.

Andy Rofe, Managing Director, IRE comments: "I am delighted to welcome these high caliber people to our team as it enables us to continue to service our existing clients' needs and, as we continue to grow our business, provide exceptional service to new clients that join us as we develop new funds and tender for new business opportunities, not only in Europe but across the globe."
