Interpolis Vastgoed buys shopping center Entre Deux

The institutional real estate party Interpolis Vastgoed (previously Relan) has signed a principal agreement with developers AM and 3W for the buying of the shopping center Entre Deux in Maastricht. The shopping center, which will be renovated, was bought on return. This means that the investorvalue is dependent of the rents that will be realised.

3W and AM (which was still MDC at the time) bought the shopping center approximately two years ago for fl 60 mln. (€ 27 mln.). The selling party was Koriander Holding. The shopping center is now 8.000 m². Talks with the municipality of Maastricht about the redevelopmentplans, which should also entail the historic Dominicanerkerk (church), have led to enormous delays. For that reason it also been decided to stop the cooperation with the architect Claus & Kaan from Rotterdam and to work with the architect Arn Meijs from Maastricht. The shopping center after redevelopment will be approx. 15.000 m².
