INTERNOS signs technology giant, Honeywell, at Dutch office asset (NL)

INTERNOS Global Investors Limited, the €3.6 billion owner-managed real estate fund management firm, has signed a 4,152 m² lease with Novar Nederland B.V, a subsidiary of Honeywell B.V., at Burgemeester Burgerslaan 40 in the town of Rosmalen, the Netherlands. The ten year lease was completed on behalf of the Dutch Active Fund PropCo B.V. (DAF Fund).
Novar, a leader in the provision of energy management solutions, has taken space on the ground, first, second and third floors of the building, as well as 150 parking spaces. Located in the south of the Netherlands, the building is close to the A2 motorway and holds an Energy Label A rating.
INTERNOS was advised by DTZ Zadelhoff and RSP Makelaars and the tenant was advised by JLL.
Daan Schuurman, Head of Asset Management Benelux, at INTERNOS Global Investors commented: “Our local team of asset managers did an excellent job attracting such a reliable and high-quality tenant as Honeywell so soon after the departure of the previous tenant. Following this deal the building is now 85% let with only 900 m² of space remaining.”
