Internos Real Investors LLP (Internos), the €2.2 billion owner-managed real estate fund management business announces that over the past three months it has secured three new lettings and renewals totaling 15,831 m², of industrial and office space, at Roermond.

The three new leases were agreed on behalf of the HBI Netherlands fund. Following these latest lettings, the warehouse accommodation at Roermond Logistics Estate in Ridderkerk is now fully let with only office space remaining available.

Located in Roermond in the southwest of the Netherlands, the industrial estate currently accommodates six tenants and provides approx. 22,000 m² of logistic and office space.

The new tenants include Rockwool, the global producer of insulation materials, which has taken 12,721 m² in three warehouse units for three years, the producer of silencers for the automotive industry, Grand Prix Silencers, which will occupy 2,549 m² for a period of 10 years and Joosten and Bhom, a local distributer, which has signed a lease for a 561-m² warehouse unit for five years.

Jos Short, Executive Chairman and Founder of Internos said: "We are delighted to announce that with these new lettings the warehouse units are now fully occupied. With links to the German Ruhr area and easy access to the A73 motorway the logistics estate provides the ideal location for any logistics, distribution and production companies.

"The ability to secure new tenants whilst also renewing leases with existing tenants demonstrates the importance of having local asset managers with the skills and experience to effectively manage assets and maximize value in cross-border portfolios."
