Internos Real Investors LLP (Internos), the 1.5 billion owner-managed real estate fund management business has, on behalf of the HBI Fund, leased 12,000 m² of logistic space at Ridderhaven Industrial Estate to Boon Sliedrecht in a 10-year lease. The MCD supermarket supplier has increased the amount of space it occupies at the site by 5,000 m².
Located in Ridderkerk in the southwest of the Netherlands, Ridderhaven currently accommodates 20 tenants and provides approx. 50,000 m² of logistic and office space, of which approx. 13,000 m² of logistics space and 1,500 m² of office space remain available.

This deal highlights the importance of focusing on the needs of current tenants as well as securing new tenants in our efforts to increase returns and maximize investor value."
The HBI portfolio comprises multi-let light industrial properties located primarily in the Netherlands, France, Denmark and Sweden.
